What we collect and why
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, company, business email, country, portfolio size and property segment, together with any optional phone number or message. We record your request-processing consent, the privacy notice version, a request reference and the time received. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements and arrange follow-up. Please do not include tenant records, payment information or other confidential documents.
Your choice and communications
Submitting requires your agreement that we may store these details and contact you about this enquiry. You can choose not to submit. A contact or demo request does not subscribe you to marketing, create a customer account or book a meeting. We do not run analytics or advertising tracking on this website. A form marked Preview checks details locally without sending or saving an enquiry.
Access, hosting and security
Enquiries are stored in the central Propty system and are available only to authorized platform administrators for follow-up. We use Railway to host the website and backend. Hosting and processing may occur outside your country. Information submitted through the public website is sent over HTTPS. We use access controls and abuse prevention, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep enquiries
Enquiry records expire 180 days after receipt and become unavailable for follow-up. Automated cleanup removes expired records from active storage on an hourly schedule. Hosting logs and recovery copies are separate from active enquiry records and depend on provider retention settings. We do not intentionally store enquiry details in your browser after you leave the page.
Requests about your information
You can request access, correction or deletion, withdraw your enquiry-processing consent, or raise a privacy concern by emailing privacy@propty.live. Include enough context to identify your enquiry; avoid sending unnecessary personal information. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Any applicable legal requirements remain relevant to how we handle your request.
