The website application
Propty Management Solutions operates this marketing website. The current application does not intentionally set browser cookies, write to localStorage or sessionStorage, or install analytics, advertising pixels or session replay. There is no optional tracking preference to select in the current application, so it does not display a tracking-consent banner. The footer’s Analytics preferences explanation confirms that optional analytics are off; it does not collect or store a choice. This statement does not claim that every hosting-provider response has been audited.
Page memory and your browser
Form edits, selected tabs, validation feedback and retry references are held in the page while you use it. The application does not persist these values in browser storage. Refreshing or leaving can lose the retry reference. Your browser may separately offer autofill, history or page recovery; manage those features in its settings rather than assuming the website can erase them.
Enquiries are stored separately
Agreeing to contact or demo request processing is not consent to advertising cookies or a newsletter. When enabled, the form sends details to the central Propty system and confirms a received request with a receipt. Server-side enquiry records expire after 180 days, with hourly cleanup from active storage. The Privacy notice explains hosting, recovery copies and privacy requests separately from this browser-storage description.
Hosting and linked services
Railway hosts the website and backend. Technical hosting logs and any infrastructure cookies depend on the provider’s actual configuration and are outside the application inventory below. Following a portal or external link may open a service that uses its own cookies or sign-in session. Those services must explain their own processing; a portal link does not grant account access.
If optional tracking is introduced
This notice and the privacy disclosures must be reviewed before an analytics or marketing provider is enabled. Where consent is required, optional scripts must wait for the required choice, refusal must work, and an accessible way to change or withdraw the choice must be provided. Request-processing consent must remain separate from any optional marketing choice.
