Pricing by quotation

Start with your portfolio. Build around your needs.

Compare starting points for a conversation, then tell us about your portfolio. We’ll discuss scope and the commercial details your quotation needs to address.

Quote-only pricing. These plan concepts describe discussion areas, not included features. Prices, unit allowances, billing and service terms need agreement in a separate quotation. No checkout is enabled.

Choose a preference to discuss. Rates, billing terms and discounts need a quotation.

Shape your quotation

Agree the details before choosing a plan.

Your enquiry helps us understand the requirements. It does not assign a plan, create an account or commit you to a purchase.

Portfolio and units

Share an approximate portfolio size and property types. The quotation needs an agreed billable-unit definition, included allowance and any extra-unit rules.

Workflows and people

Identify your team’s priorities. Available modules, user allowances, implementation and support scope need explicit confirmation for your organization.

Commercial terms

Currency, taxes, billing interval, payment terms, renewal and cancellation need agreement in a separate quotation or contract. A billing preference is a discussion request.

Check capability availability

Product capabilities have staging, partial and planned scope. AI assistance remains planned; no AI allowance or usage charge is approved. Confirm availability and entitlements for your organization during the quotation discussion.

Pricing questions

Know what comes next.

Can I buy a plan from this website?

Pricing is by quotation. Starter, Growth and Enterprise are discussion concepts; there is no checkout, subscription or payment collection here. An enquiry starts a conversation and does not create a commercial agreement.

What counts as a managed unit?

The billable-unit definition is pending commercial approval. Tell us your approximate portfolio size for the initial discussion; the enquiry’s size ranges are not plan allowances or billing thresholds.

Are the discussed features included and available?

The topics help scope a conversation and are not plan entitlements. Check the feature directory for staging, partial and planned capabilities. Availability and included scope must be confirmed before a commercial agreement.

Is AI included in a quotation?

AI assistance remains planned. No AI allowance or charge is approved. Any future AI, communications or integration usage would need its own confirmed availability, metering, limits and commercial terms.

Does yearly billing include a discount?

No yearly discount or billing commitment is published. Monthly and yearly are preferences you can discuss; the price, interval and service terms require a quotation.

What happens after I send a pricing enquiry?

When live intake confirms receipt, the Propty team receives your request for follow-up. Your plan and billing preferences appear in the editable message, where you can also add a preferred day, time window and time zone. Meeting times are confirmed manually. Sending does not book a meeting, activate a plan or promise a response time.
